A Vermont girl's death has created an outcry for change in Vermont.  Brooke Bennett was found dead last week on property near her uncle's home.

Now, a petition to get Jessica's Law on individual town's November ballots has begun.  Jessica's Law includes a mandatory minimum 25-year sentence for anyone convicted of sexually assaulting a child.

The forms must be returned to your town clerk by September 15.
