If you're planning a trip to one of the places boted "Top 10 Great Public Spaces", you don't have to drive far. Church Street in Burlington joins the ranks with New York's Central Park and Washington D.C.'s Union Station.
The honor came from the American Planning Association. The group says Church Street qualified because of its historic buildings, retail trade, and carefully maintained streets and walkways. The Church Street Marketplace is among just 30 outdoor malls in the United States.
