Former UVM Student Gets Deferred Sentence in Spy Case

A former University of Vermont student who placed hidden cameras, disguised as clock radios, in various bathrooms on campus, is getting a deferred sentence.

Jordan Yarosh was handed a two-year deferred sentence with probation at a sentence hearing in Vermont District Court in Burlington Tuesday.  

Yarosh pleaded guilty last September to three counts of voyeurism. 

Yarosh is also being ordered to seek counseling.
