Police Arrest Man for Impersonating Officer

Essex Police say on August 10th, they cited 51-year-old Kevin Heffernan from Essex with impersonating a police officer and disorderly conduct.

They say on August 9th he followed two women on Sand Hill road, and ordered them out of the car.

Heffernan is scheduled to appear in court September 24th.
