In Saint Johnsbury Monday, Walter wrote on our Facebook wall at 5:40 a.m. that he ran out to start and warm up his car. It was -21 degrees!! Now I will be the first to tell you I don't always trust car thermometers because I think they're usually a couple of degrees off when you first start the car, but they do give you a general idea ;)
In Bradford, Vermont Charlotte Rich's thermometer was telling a similar story:
