Three people are in the hospital after their car went off the road in Hinesburg, Vermont.
Police say it happened around 8 a.m. Friday . They say one person in the car received life threatening injuries.
The group was on Shelburne Falls Road headed towards the Champlain Valley Union High School when police say the driver lost control and went over the edge of the road.
"Sometimes what happens is if their right side wheels go out just a little bit, that's when you're going to lose control," said Police Chief Frank Koss.
Police say the driver and two passengers are all under the age of 18. They are not sure if speed was a factor in the crash.
