Comcast basic broadcast HD stations were black, Tuesday. These channels include the HD stations for NBC, CBS, and ABC.
The problem has only affected televisions with the cable running from the wall, directly into the back of the television sets. However, the problem can be fixed by using your TV remote.

Select scan or auto-search.
If the scan freezes, unplug your TVand try it again. Comcast says the problem is due to the current digital network enhancement process.
