Yet another brief warm up headed our way for tomorrow (first day of February!). I expect most area temperatures to reach the 40s, but some in southern Vermont could be flirting with the low 50s! While this is about 15-20 degrees warmer than average for this time of year, surprisingly no records are being threatened. Here are the standing records (on the left) for a few select areas around our region and the forecast temperature (on the right).
The record daily high temperature for Mt Mansfield on February 1st is 40 degrees...this may be threatened briefly.
